Entries will be judged on:

• Elegance
• Use of fresh ingredients
• Intriguing taste
• Ease of preparation in Finnessa's galley

When choosing a recipe, remember the unique nature of cooking in a galley:

• limited refrigerator/freezer space
• limited counter space
• kitchen appliances aboard are hand mixer and wand blender only
• oven is approximately 11"D x13"L x6"H
• 3-burner propane stove top

Judging will be done by Captain Jon, First Mate Brenda and friends from our gourmet group in Colorado.  Winner will be notified by July 15, 2012.
